I mysef am pretty new to the whole wordpress thing so im slowly getting my head around the coding to get things right and ofcourse tips from yours truly always helps, but many people don't have the expertise etc and install wordpress perhaps as a first attempt or first time site in many cases because its pre-written and ready out of the box.
